We don't store your invoice data. Everything happens in your browser. Your business information, client details, and invoice amounts never touch our servers.
What Data We Collect
Invoice Data (Stored Locally Only)
When you use our invoice generator, all your data (business name, client information, line items, etc.) is processed entirely in your web browser. If you click "Save Locally," this data is stored in your browser's local storage—on your device only. We never receive, transmit, or store this data on our servers.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site. This helps us improve the tools. Google Analytics may collect:
- Pages you visit on our site
- How long you spend on each page
- General location (country/city level)
- Browser and device type
- How you arrived at our site
This data is anonymous and doesn't include any information from your invoices or documents. You can opt out of Google Analytics using browser extensions like uBlock Origin or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser settings.
Contact Form Data
If you contact us using our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use EmailJS to deliver your message to us. This data is only used to respond to your inquiry and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties (except EmailJS as our email service provider).
Advertising
We display ads through Google AdSense to support our free tools. AdSense uses cookies and may collect information about your visit to show relevant ads. This is standard for ad-supported websites and helps us keep the tools free. You can manage ad preferences through Google's Ad Settings.
What We DON'T Collect
- Your invoice details (client names, amounts, line items)
- Your business information from the invoice forms
- PDFs you generate
- Login credentials (we don't have accounts)
- Payment information (we don't charge for anything)

- Google AdSense (delivering ads)
We do not use cookies to track your invoice data or personal information. Your browser's local storage (used for saving invoices) is separate from cookies and is controlled entirely by your browser.
